Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Department is housed at the Warner Maintenance & Shipping / Distribution Facility. The Buildings and Grounds Department services and maintains all the buildings owned and operated by Richmond Community Schools.

The Buildings and Grounds Department also oversees all environmental concerns that would have an adverse effect on staff and students of RCS. This office also coordinates the housekeeping staff, mail, warehousing, snow removal, lawn care, carpentry and mechanical work for all RCS buildings.
