January 12, 2012 Update
On Wednesday, January 11, 2012, the Richmond School Board of Trustees approved the Master Plan as presented by Dr. Allen Bourff on December 14, 2011.

Master Planning Goal
Most efficient and environmentally sound use of all facilities to promote/support teaching and learning in the Richmond Community Schools.
Why?
- Revenue loss of $2.75 million since 2008
- Grants totaling $2.3 million to end in 2012
- Enrollment decline of 887 in last decade
