C.R. Richardson Elementary

When children walk into C.R. Richardson Elementary School, they know they have entered a wonderful learning place designed to meet their individual needs.  Friendly greetings, warm smiles and the sound of children's laughter fill sunny classrooms and halls.  With adult guidance, students take responsibility for their achievements and proudly point to learning team data boards throughout the school that tell the story of their success.  Opportunities such as those provided by the Purdue Literacy Collaborative, Reading Recovery, Everyday Math, abundant technology and dynamic Creative Arts classes support children's special interests. 

Each opportunity encourages children to explore their world and to reach their highest potential. Around every corner children are working hard to master grade-level standards in a calm and focused environment. Students who are ready are provided the opportunity and encouragement to reach above and beyond.  Staff members who are excited about their own learning make connections with every child so that each student knows he is special and that we care.

To access the program:

1. Go to the RCS Website http://www.weRrichmond.com
2. Roll your mouse over STUDENTS from the banner at the top of the page, and then click on Shortcuts and Links in the highlighted area.
3. Choose Elementary Shortcuts and Links from the list on the left side of the page.
4. Scroll down to SuccessMaker, and click on the icon.

A high speed connection is required. Dial-up will not support SuccessMaker. Should you need assistance you will need to work through your internet provider.

Students may also access this program at the Boys and Girls Club during PowerHour.
