Budget Information Session
Budget 2010 was the theme of a meeting in Civic Hall on Monday, January 25,
2010. School officials presented options designed to address the lower
level of revenue for this year. Those who were unable to attend the
meeting or who have ideas they wish to share may provide feedback through
the form below:

Elementary Tournament is cancelled for
Wednesday, February 9, 2010. An updated schedule will be posted
later today.
2010 Elementary Basketball League Tourney
- The tournament of the Elementary Basketball League begins on
Monday 2/8/10.

RESCHEDULED
RHS Career Center Open House from
February 5 to February 19 - 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.
All community members are invited to an Open House at the Richmond Area
Career Center on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
After a completed tour, all attendees will receive a free ticket to the
Richmond High School boy’s basketball game. The
first 500 community members to complete the tour will receive free popcorn
and drink.
Entrance will be off of SW 2nd and SW E streets and will enter door #37
at the Richmond Area Career Center.

**Due to weather considerations for Tuesday,
February 9th, the Purdue Glee Club / RHS Choral Concert has been moved to
Monday, February 22, 2010 at 7:00pm. Tickets already purchased will be
honored at the February 22nd concert. Tickets are still available for the
February 22nd concert at the Civic Hall Box Office.**
Richmond High School Choral Concert with the
Purdue Varsity Glee Club - We would like to invite you to a
special evening of vocal music at Civic Hall Performing Arts Center. The
Richmond High School Choral Department will be hosting and performing
with… The Purdue Varsity Glee Club on Monday, February 22, 2010 at
7:00pm. The Richmond High School Symphonic and Chamber Choirs will be
performing during the first section of the concert and then the 62 member
male chorus from Purdue University will present a wonderful evening of
vocal music. Completing the evening, the Richmond High School choirs and
The Purdue Varsity Glee Club will sing a combined number for the grand
finale!
Don’t miss this wonderful evening of vocal music with our RHS students
and the Purdue Varsity Glee Club. The non-reserved tickets (adults $10 /
students $5) are available at the Civic Hall box office (973-3350), from
RHS choral students, or available the evening of the concert.

COME DANCE AND PERFORM A “FAIRY TALE” HALF-TIME WITH
THE RHS DEVILETTES! For students
aged pre-school through 6th grade, join the Devilettes at the half-time
performance on Saturday, February 13, featuring songs about Fairy Tales.
Game Time is 2:30 p.m. and the clinic to learn the routine is from 9:00
a.m. – 11:30 a.m. that same morning. Cost is $25 which includes a clinic
t-shirt and admission to the game for the performers. Registration forms
are available
